This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you will be processed by us when you register to participate in our events.

By registering for an event in this way, you consent to the collection retention and use of your personal information in accordance with the terms of this policy.

How we will use your information:


The information you provide will be used to process your application. We will also use it to contact you regarding your participation. We may also contact you to undertake post-event evaluation.

Google forms:


We use Google forms to collect your personal information and applications for our events. Please note that Google Forms is a third-party service that is not owned or managed by us, you should refer to Google’s terms and conditions of privacy policy as we do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies.

Google operates in the USA and subscribes to the EU-US Privacy Shield, which commits subscribers to adhering to European standards of data protection. For further details, please see: Google Privacy Policy.

Data we hold:


For a better experience, while using our service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, email, phone number, and postal address. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you.

We may share information with suppliers and partners, but only in-so-far-as it is necessary for us to be able to operate and provide services, we can provide details upon request.

Data Retention:


Information will be stored for only as long as it is needed or required by statute, legislation or regulation and will be disposed of appropriately.
